He kumu, kākoʻo, hoa, mana wahine! ʻAnakē Kuʻu is so loved by all of the keiki of Kūlaniākea. Each morning the keiki of Papa Nāhiku greet her with big smiles and pūliki! She is truly on a path to alakaʻi kumu! Her work ethic, kumu instincts, and aloha for keiki are characters you cannot teach. She is truly the hoe that keeps our class waʻa going in the right direction and making sure everyone is safe and cared for. She is an invaluable member of the Kūlaniākea ʻohana and I am so thankful and honored to learn and grow alongside her!
